Membership

Membership is open to all persons of good character who support the aims and objectives of The Lord's Taverners Australia. Once accepted, new members must pay the subscription fee and accept the provisions of the Constitution.

The National Council may confer honorary membership on outstanding people worthy of such status. We were honoured in 1982 when Sir Donald Bradman accepted the invitation to become our first honorary member. Members receive Branch Newsletters, invitations to fund-raising events and other applicable communications. Our National magazine, "The Taverner", is a publication that describes the various activities of the State Branches.

The initial subscription fee is currently $50 but may over time be increased.
Membership Renewals are due by June 30 each year.
Payment of $55 for Renewals is to be received by October 30 to ensure your continued Membership. All your contact details are required for updating at the same time.

Taverners' ties are available for the men at a price of $50.00 and scarves for Lady Taverners at $55.00. These ties and scarves are distinctive and elegant.
